Digital Marketing

As Marketing Director, I lead our social media team by providing research analysis, art direction, and marketing content. Within my time of leading our social media team, our corporate social media platform has increased followers by 1.6%, accounts reached by 2.3% and 3% total engagement.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Assessed our target audience as a user who prioritizes Instagram over other social media platforms, interacts best with personalized content and who follows multiple couture designers.

  • I positioned NARDOS to stand within the shoes of our customers, interacting with our followers closely and communicating messages that they would like to hear.

  • Utilizing the promotion of a custom experience, high value couture products, and the luxury invitation that a gown at NARDOS presents allowed the brand to grow and attract more audience on social media platforms.

  • Throughout marketing strategies, I collected and analyzed data from across our social media platforms so I could measure performance and determine how to improve our corporate strategy

  • The more content released, the higher engagement rates we collected.

The Analytics.

Following the marketing plan described above, the corporate Instagram platform resulted in an increase rate of engagement. Individual posts were reaching 75,597 accounts, which resulted in 596 profile visits, and an increase in account followers. This emphasis on social media allowed for an overall increase in both brand awareness and sales revenue.
